Enhanced Practice Development Programs for AHPs and other professionals working in UEC
Our development programs support clinicians to develop at enhanced practice level across the four pillars of practice. Designed to support busy teams, by offering a combination of personal, team and service development to ensure that they are both confident and capable to lead within their system.
Each program is tailored to the individual needs of the clinician whilst intended to offer maximum benefit to patient care and the wider system, whilst supporting integration of knowledge and skills from across the pillars of practice. The program is benchmarked at Enhanced Practice level.
Leadership Development Program
Our leadership program supports a group clinicians from across their UEC system, to work on project and gain educational and coaching support to develop themselves and the system they work within.
