Coming in Spring 2026 is the first conference for AHPs in Urgent, Emergency and Crisis Care.

This conference will showcase innovative examples of how Allied Health Professionals have transformed Urgent, Emergency and Crisis Care by achieving what was once thought impossible.

As well as presenting current examples of where AHPs are improving patient care and reducing pressures, the conference will equip an empower AHPs with the knowledge and confidence to lead and drive further improvement in their own setting.

Enhanced Practice Development Programme for Urgent and Emergency Care

Celebrating 25 years of NHS experience, this programme is my gift back to the NHS – designed to develop, inspire, and empower clinicians in urgent and emergency care to reach enhanced practice level, while fostering integrated system working and improving patient outcomes.

Programme Journey

• 6 face-to-face development days over 6 months
• Structured around the Four Pillars of Practice, embedded at Enhanced Practice level.
• Intersession CPD activities (~0.5 day each)
• Discovery Insights personality profile (to support self-awareness and team working)
• Final presentation to an expert panel from your system

Core Package (Face-to-Face)

• Focus: Developing individual capability and group learning
• Cost: £1,000 per person (8 participants) reducing to £750 per person (12 participants)
• Venue and travel costs: Additional if not provided by organisation

Train-the-Trainer Add-On

• Additional skills in facilitation, action learning, and group dynamics
• Extra resources for teaching and team dissemination
• Post-programme 1:1 or group follow-up session
• Cost options: £250 per person (8 participants), £200 per person (10 participants), £150 per person (12 participants)
  or flat rate £500 (negotiable)
